Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://footprintslearnnplay.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Services. Footprints Learn N Play provides Daycare Services, Pre-K Program, Early Childhood Education, Early Learning Programs and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site — including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Footprints Learn N Play or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. Footprints Learn N Play may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

No Warranties. Footprints Learn N Play disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Damages. Footprints Learn N Play is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Footprints Learn N Play harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Law and Venue. NC law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in NC.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
